Murray is a Southland-based dairy farmer and is a founding shareholder and director of Blueprint. He is also a director of publicly listed companies PGG Wrightson & NZ Farming Systems Uruguay Ltd.
Murray is actively involved in the wider business community through directorships in Barkers Food Processors, Milkpride, Kerry Industries and AML.
